At ART.VENTURES, we take the utmost care in ensuring your new artwork arrives safely and in perfect condition. This policy details our shipping procedures for both domestic and international orders.

1. Order Processing Time All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within [3-5 business days]. Please note that we do not ship on weekends or public holidays. Should we experience a high volume of orders or any unforeseen delays, we will notify you promptly via email.

2. Packaging and Handling Every piece of art is handled with professional care and packaged securely using high-quality, protective materials appropriate for the specific medium (e.g., reinforced crates for sculptures, multi-layer protection for canvases). Our packaging is designed to prevent damage during transit.

3. Shipping Methods and Insurance We partner with reputable couriers (such as FedEx, DHL, and UPS) to offer reliable and secure shipping. All shipments are fully insured against loss or damage from our door to yours. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the artwork's dimensions, weight, and final destination.

4. International Shipments: Customs, Duties, and Taxes For orders shipping outside of the European Union, the recipient is responsible for all import duties, customs fees, and local taxes (e.g., VAT) levied by the destination country. ART.VENTURES is not responsible for these charges or for any delays caused by customs processing. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information on potential fees.

5. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). You can use this number to track the progress of your delivery online.

6. Receiving Your Order & Damaged Items Upon receiving your artwork, please inspect the packaging carefully. If you notice any significant damage to the exterior, please take photos before opening it. In the rare event that your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours at info@adsexpertcostcalculator.us with your order number and photos of both the damage to the item and the packaging. We will guide you through the process of an insurance claim and arrange for a replacement or refund.
