Return & Refund Policy for ART.VENTURES
We want you to be completely inspired by your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your artwork, you may be eligible to return it in accordance with the policy below.
1. Return Window You may initiate a return within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery.
2. Condition of Returned Art To be eligible for a refund, the artwork must be returned in its original, undamaged condition. It must be returned in the original packaging, including all protective materials, to ensure its safety during transit. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the artwork is returned damaged or in an unsaleable condition.
3. How to Initiate a Return

Please email us at info@adsexpertcostcalculator.us within the 14-day window to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please include your name, order number, and the reason for your return.

Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the RMA number and detailed return shipping instructions.

Returns sent without a valid RMA number will not be accepted.
4. Return Shipping The client is responsible for all costs associated with return shipping. The return shipment must be trackable and fully insured for the purchase price of the artwork. We are not responsible for artworks that are lost or damaged during return transit.
5. Refund Process Once we receive the returned artwork and confirm it is in its original condition, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to your original payment method within [7-10 business days]. We will notify you by email once the refund has been processed. Please note, original shipping costs are non-refundable.
6. Non-Returnable Items Please note that commissioned artworks or pieces that have been personalized are considered final sale and are not eligible for return.
